As a Designer and painter, I like to focus on impressionism in my paintings and various styles in prints, including minimalist and patterned designs.

I studied  a Bachelor of Honours in Design Studies from Metropolitan University Institution, as well as diplomas in Traditional Typography, Typography Technique Design .

As a painter , I use oil paint and acrylic as are both great mediums for creating rich, textured paintings.

My artistic influences come from my mother my main mentor who is a painter herself and  largely influenced by the great  Spanish painter Lopez Torres.

My current design projects are divided in two: Line designs and Titapinta Birdie designs.

​

It's great to explore different color palettes in the line design projects to cater to different wall rooms. Color can be such an important element in design, and the experience of using different combinations to create a unique look is very rewarding. 

 

Birdie is the main character in the Titapinta Birdie Collection , and tend to express humor with its simplistic clever lines.

All the designs are applied into prints, wallpapers and cards.​
